Age and Responsibility

When using the site it is believed that you are 18 years of age or over and are legally allowed to do so. You have required legal permission to enter into such contracts and use this to create requisite mutual legal obligations, and are capable, ready and willing to discharge any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You alone are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account information including the password(s). With this, you also agree to accept responsibility for all the activities done on your account.

Amendment

Once a booking has been confirmed, amendments will not be entertained. Transfer from one tour / service to another will be treated as cancellation which will lead to relevant cancellation charges. You need to apply afresh for the new service / package.

Baggage

Travel Tours will not take the financial responsibility of your excess baggage. In any and all cases, any excess baggage that you carry will remain your responsibility. You will have to limit yourself as per normal baggage policy of the airlines in the respective class that you have chosen to fly. Travel Tours is also not answerable for any loss of baggage by the airlines. You are requested to refer to the baggage rules of the individual airlines that you plan to fly with.

Copyright Policy

Travel Tours holds the copyright in respect of this site. The content provided in this site, from text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads to data compilations and software are property of Travel Tours. These items may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without a written permission from Travel Tours. With this, you also consent that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise without the prior permission from Travel Tours. All copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices must be retained by you without any kind of alteration to the details.

Enforceability of These Provisions

Should any of these Terms and Conditions laid in this page be held invalid for any purpose by the law, that invalid provision shall be reconstructed to be consistent with the applicable regulation. It would be done in a manner so as to remain consistent with the original intent of Travel Tours.

Governing Law

All legal disputes will be settled under the laws of Indian courts subject to laws of Republic of India. First preference for resolving any dispute would be through good faith negotiation among the parties, the client and Travel Tours. In case such dispute can not be resolved amicably within 30 days, the dispute will require intervention of courts, the courts in Bangalore alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Health and Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our clients take travel insurance not limited to cancellation, delays, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and personal effects but also adequate insurance cover that would secure their life and property.

As courtesy, Travel Tours may provide links from / to other sites maintained by third parties. Travel Tours has not reviewed or nor does it endorse these links. While accessing any content from these sites you acknowledge and agree that Travel Tours shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the content, packages or services offered by them. You are solely responsible for the information collected from such sites.

Payments

All cheques / demand drafts / bank transfers / credit card payments must be made payable to Travel Tours Pvt Ltd. Payments made by Indian nationals are governed by the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India. All online payments done through our site are safe and secure. Travel Tours has no interest in your credit card details and hence it does not store the credit card details in database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems.

Rates

All rates, unless otherwise specified, are per person on twin share basis in Indian currency as per the quotation or as mentioned on the rate sheet. All prices are subject to increase based on revision in fares and fluctuations in the exchange rates. In case of any increase, passengers will have to pay the difference. Travel Tours does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to natural or man-made calamities such as delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses incurred must be borne by the passenger.

Refunds

Travel Tours reserves the right to determine the amount of refund value incase of cancellation. Decision taken by Travel Tours is subject to their own judgment. In the event of any cancellation, refund shall be levied as per the Terms and Conditions on the relevant packages and will at least take 45 working days for processing. All refunds will be payable in Indian currency and will be made in the name of the client, even if you take services of a travel agent. In case your visa is not granted by the issuing authorities, the applicable cancellation fees will be payable against a written cancellation application.

Travel Tours requires that you agree and follow the following basic rules of conduct when using this website:

Responsibility

Travel Tours reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or part of it; make any alterations to the itinerary including, but not limited to, alterations to substitution of hotels; and decline to accept or to retain a person as a tour passenger on medical grounds based on the person?s health and / or mental or physical condition. Tour members would be held responsible for being in good health to undertake the tour.

Termination

Travel Tours has the right to terminate this user agreement and these Terms and Conditions and / or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or for your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All rights granted to you will revert back to Travel Tours upon termination of this agreement and these Terms and Conditions.

Travel Documents

All applicants must be in possession of a valid passport. Obtaining passports and visas shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger and Travel Tours will not take any accountability. Travel Tours is not liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and / or delayed documents and / or entries to / from the countries visited.

Unused Tour Services

No refund will be made for any partially utilized / unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, cruise portions, sightseeing tours or any other services. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
